★★★★★
After reading articles about this airport as worst IA in the world, i was greatly surprised. Stuff was friendly, airport is a bit crowded, but terminal is nice, duty free better than some european.During our connection with Saudia we got free dinner
- Pavel Darda

★★☆☆☆
The domestic airport is hopeless. The AC wasn't working and the announcements were so loud that you'll have to cover your ears if you want them not to bleed.
- Sagar Bhasin

JED Airport Was Very Bad.. ! AC was not working Properly , Very rush was there , very slow service was there , less workers .. .............................. No entertainment , no food , no WI-FI , No thing ... by an a Indian

★☆☆☆☆
I was transiting in Saudi Arabian Airlines . There were only few stalls and only one lounge as most of the traffic was Saudi Arabian Airlines. There is only Wi-Fi from the lounge and one food stall. The lounge was very nice with high speed internet and quality food but outside the lounge is a totally different issue. The airport was small , too. There was also no aerobridges and we had to take buses to our aircraft and staircases. I will definitely not recommend this.

★☆☆☆☆
Very Bad airport regarding to its facilities. On my last journey no information is available on what the time of flight. The staff is only know arabic. Food is very costly even 10 times more expensive. No information is available about flight.

★★☆☆☆
Getting to airport took a lot of time because of many detours due to the construction for the new airport and train station. getting to the plane was via buses that was frustrating because we had to wait 15 minutes at the tarmac to board the plane.
- Aziz Saleh

★★☆☆☆
Its an over 30 years old airport, however its going through massive overhaul. Currently the airport serves its basic functions only. Outdated technology, little/no training of the employees, and little/no food & retail services are three of the common parameters responsible for its bad reputation. I hope the new expansion project (which is due to complete its first phase in mid of 2016) is a solution to all these problems. There are about 110 companies active on this project.
- Usman Zafar

★★★★★
Great Service at the Airport, Got a great view of aircraft's even though it was dark outside. The WIFI, Food and Duty free was extremely convenient as it was great to explore
- Ahmed Jamal

★★★☆☆
Another Biiig Aiport. Get off the plane and you are received by the SABB buses. The aircraft is parked faaaaaar from the terminal. There are several immigration counters, most of them inactive. Takes ages to deliver the baggage as well. The waiting area bathrooms don't work. The Airport helpers demand extra money. No cooling system in the waiting areas despite scorching heat. I am hoping for an improvement.
