Ethiopian Airlines (IATA: ET, ICAO: ETH) is a passenger airline from Ethiopia.

The country’s flag carrier, Ethiopian Airlines (ET) was founded in 1945. It is headquartered in Addis Ababa and operates from a hub at the city’s Bole Airport (ADD). Ethiopian Airlines is a member of the Star Alliance; it also has codeshare agreements with 20 other carriers. The airline flies to about 20 domestic destinations and more than 80 international cities in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, North America and South America. Its international destinations include 15 within Africa, which is more African destinations than any other airline. The airline’s fleet consists of 66 Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier aircraft, most of which are configured with Business Class (branded as Cloud Nine) and Economy Class cabins.
