“ Would be nice if the shuttle train operated both directions, in case I wanted to return to the main terminal for shopping. Express train was worth it for $8! Only $4 more than the local stopping train but a fantastic, comfortable ride. My flight was delayed an hour, and so I showed up for the adjusted departure time, and not the originally scheduled time. I was only about 4 minutes late, but ICN had already kicked Air Canada out of their allocated check-in counters (everything's common use). I had to go on a bit of a hunt to find where they had moved to, as two different info counters told me two different things. Security and passport control were fast. Shopping options dwindled as you get further out towards the ends of the satellite concourse.”
