Many staff at the airport are unable to communicate in English and speak a lot of Japanese to passengers which they all don't understand. Shops need to contain many many more cashier especially for food and souvenir such as Royce, Potato Farm, Tokyo Banana and that sort of sweets. There are 2 shops in Terminal 1 which has about 20-40 people waiting to make a payment. The immigration needs to be faster than now. It was overloading of passengers in that area.”

ANA First Class lounge is one of the best, as good as SQ for sure. Udon cooked to order, good but not great selection of hot and cold dishes and drinks. The lounge is comfortable, quiet, wasn't crowded, and the service by the Japanese staff was outstanding.”
