Nuremberg Airport is an international airport situated in Nuremberg, the second largest city in Bavaria, Germany. It is located approximately 5 km north of the centre of the city and handles both domestic and international flights. The airport operates two terminals and a total of four runways. The main runway, 13/31, is 2,740 metres long, while the other three are 2,120 metres long each.

Nuremberg Airport was established in 1925 and became one of the first airports in Germany. In 1934 it was used as a base for assembling aircraft and also hosted military planes during World War II. After the war, it underwent major reconstruction work to become an international hub for air traffic again. Over the decades since then it has been continuously developed and modernized to meet the growing demand for air travel.

Today Nuremberg Airport serves more than 4 million passengers per year with over 90 airlines offering scheduled flights to more than 130 destinations across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia.
