“Celebrating 40 Years at Wimbledon” – Champagne Lanson unveils its new-look pouches

Summer is nearly upon Europe, which means only one thing: the world’s greatest lawn-tennis tournament, The Championships, Wimbledon is approaching fast. Champagne Lanson will once again be leveraging on its long-term sponsorship of the world renowned event to increase its presence in travel retail.

Throughout the summer months, Lanson will be highlighting its 75cl Black and Rosé Labels at the following airports:

Differing in style from previous years, these bottles will be dressed in sleeves imitating the famous Wimbledon lawn courts, with two white court lines housing the labels.

As ever, these versions of the promotional pouches show off The Championships, Wimbledon logo; Wimbledon inspired merchandising and eye-catching point of sales will also support the promotion.

Champagne Lanson Travel Retail Director, Olivier de La Giraudiere comments,

“We have been a key partner of The Championships, Wimbledon since 1977. It is an event that we are very proud to be a part of. This is one of the highlights of our year in terms of sales, so it is a very important time for us as it helps boost sales of our wines throughout the vital summer months.

“The new pouch designs look great and encourage collectability year-on-year, which delights our loyal customers as-well-as helps to attract new customers wanting to try Champagne Lanson for the first time. We are positive that the promotion will be successful and we are looking forward to seeing the results over the next few months.”
