A new inflight experience called SKYdeals is being launched by French digital agency Business Lab. This new service will provide a new shopping experience for passengers thanks to onboard WiFi and will be tested as a prototype onboard new French airline French Blue who fly out of Paris Orly airport.
Julien Sivan, president of Business Lab said: “For brands, it is now easy to access one of the most dynamic markets in the world, a €66bn market with a population of three million passengers per day and 700,000 permanently in the air. Thanks to onboard Wifi, a new sales channel has just opened for brands, especially for those excluded from the gigantic travel-retail market.”
