EUROPE/MIDDLE EAST/AFRICA. The Estée Lauder Companies has named Bruno Richard Vice President General Manager Travel Retail Europe Middle East and Africa (TR EMA), effective 1 August.
He replaces Sue Fox, who has assumed a General Manager role at Lauder’s Japanese affiliate. Richard reports to Travel Retail Worldwide Senior Vice President and General Manager, Business Operations Israel Assa.

“Bruno’s learning agility, understanding of consumers through his multi-regional assignments, together with his strong credentials in both the travel retail and European domestic markets, make him ideally suited to lead our company’s travel retail efforts in this important and strategic EMA region. I want to wish Sue every success in her new assignment and thank her for her successful tenure in the TR EMA region.”
Richard holds an MBA in Banking & Finance and International Management from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and attended a Post-MBA Program with Kellogg School of Management in Chicago in 2008. Richard will relocate with his family to London this summer.
