The Nordic regions are set to get some quality whiskeys after the Tomatin Distillery announced that they are expanding their outlets.
Tomatin Distillery sales director Stephen Bremner commented: “Our strategy for the travel retail range is to roll out across Europe in our first year followed by the US then Asia so we are excited about this new appointment as it will open up the brand to a new audience and expand our presence in Europe. We are confident that the recent success we’ve seen with our core range in the Nordic region will be reflected within travel-retail.”
Interbrands Wines & Spirits Travel Retail director Lars Münter said: “We are delighted to be working with Tomatin and the new travel-retail range which offers a malt for all tastes and budgets. We are convinced that the range will be well received and believe that with the inclusion of age statement whiskies within the range we’ll enjoy an ongoing increase in sales.”
