Douglas Laing & Co, the family Scotch Whisky company have released a limited edition of 2718 bottles of their Timorous Beastie 21 Years Old – a Highland Blended Malt Scotch Whisky with a big Sherry influence.

Our Limited Edition Timorous Beastie 21 Years Old Highland Malt Scotch Whisky is “unmistakably Timorous Beastie”, displaying sweet barley, honey and spices, now with new and explosive dimensions delivered by the long maturation and the Sherry casks. Bottled at 46.8% and proudly without colouring or chill-filtration.

Nose: Wonderfully sweet – warming to Oloroso, barley, honey and spices plus soft macerated summer fruit Palate: As spiced as “the original” but now detect grist, honey and raisins enhanced by crunched demerara sugar Finish: Gently warming peppery spices to the fore – and now cocoa, vanilla and burnt meringue show through too.
