Luxottica enters a new gear with Ray-Ban for Scuderia Ferrari collection

Luxottica has released the Ray-Ban for Scuderia Ferrari collection exclusively in selected travel retail stores worldwide.

Inspired by Formula 1 racing and its circuits, the five new Ray-Ban styles include retro-inspired shapes to echo the profiles of racing stars from the 1970s.

The designs highlight strength, lightness, flexibility and the Scuderia Ferrari team’s ‘hypersoft’ tyres. All frames come with dedicated packaging and the Ray-Ban for Scuderia Ferrari racing shield on lenses and temples.

The square-shaped RB4308M features Liteforce frame with thin metal temples. The frame is enhanced by red rubber grips and available in five matt colours, including grey, dark blue, black and red. The temples are in brushed gunmetal and classic, polar and mirror lenses are offered.

The RB4309M expression combines mechanical angles, curves and Liteforce with steel and rubber. The style features red or yellow rubber temple inserts and grips, matt-coloured frames and dark and colourful lenses.

Luxottica said its RB4310M style brings space-age technology to F1-inspired design. The frame comes in dark matt colours, including black, grey and blue, and is enhanced with red rubber accents. Lens options include polar, light-dark gradient grey, classic green and gold-polar mirror.

RB3601M offers a double-bridge square shape, flexed hinges and rubber temple tips, with metallic two-toned fronts in steel with classic, light gradient and mirror crystal lenses. The steel-framed B3602M is available in matt and metallic two-tone fronts, with classic, gradient or light mirror lenses and features flex hinges.
