Puig reinvigorates Valentino Acqua fragrance range with two new scents

Puig has extended the Valentino Acqua fragrance line with a new masculine and feminine scent: Valentino Uomo Acqua and Valentino Donna Acqua. Both launched in travel retail Europe in mid-May and are rolling out to the Middle East and Asia Pacific this month before being introduced to the Americas in July.

Valentino Uomo Acqua and Valentino Donna Acqua are said to represent a re-invigoration of the classic Valentino fragrances with an evolved attitude.

Donna Acqua, composed by Sonia Constant, features notes of green almond, frosted pear, frangipani rose accord, sandalwood and hawthorn. The fragrance is housed in Valentino’s iconic studded glass bottle which is presented in a rose-pink box.

Uomo Acqua, composed by Alexis Dadier and Sophie Labbe, blends mandarin, citron, green tomato, white leather, iris absolute, clary sage and patchouli. The studded glass fragrance bottle is housed in outer packaging which is resonant with the classic Valentino Uomo scents.

“A contemporary exploration of freshness and intensity”: Valentino Uomo Acqua

Both fragrances are available in 50ml and 100ml.

The Acqua campaign, shot by Alasdair McLellan, features models Clement Chabernaud and Maartje Verhoef bathing in a natural golden glow.
