Paradies Lagardère to make San Francisco Airport debut with Limon Rotisserie

USA. Paradies Lagardère is to make its F&B debut at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) with the opening of Limon Rotisserie in Terminal 3 in early 2018.

Limon Rotisserie, founded in 2002 by Antonio, Eduardo, and Martin Castillo, serves Peruvian cuisine. The business has two venues in San Francisco (Burlingame and Walnut Creek) with another planned in Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii.  The new venue at SFO will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.

“Paradies Lagardère seeks out restaurateurs with successful brands to partner with to entice airports and travellers in a variety of ways, including bringing the familiar quality, taste and atmosphere of a favourite local restaurant into an airport,” said Paradies Lagardère Food and Beverage Senior Vice President Bill Casey. “Limon Rotisserie is an exciting, vibrant restaurant that offers marinated free-range chicken that is slowly cooked oven over an open flame in a rotisserie oven that is displayed for the guests to see.”
