Hong Kong International Airport launches summer promotional campaign

HONG KONG. Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) will launch a joint summer promotion with DFS in the Departures East Hall Shopping area in August. It will feature an interactive digital game with rewards available to all departing passengers.

Prizes include iPads, Apple watches, coaster sets, travel blankets, tote bags and cash coupons. In addition, travellers will be offered free Mövenpick ice-cream at designated time periods upon purchases. HKIA’s mascot will also dress in a summer vacation outfit to meet, greet and take snapshots with travellers.

How HKIA is promoting its latest big campaign to travellers

The campaign is part of HKIA’s latest promotional drive, which includes an instant reward of HKIA cash coupons worth up to HK$15,000.

From 14 July to 15 August 2017, travellers can win an instant cash coupon reward worth from HK$200 up to HK$15,000 (depending on the level of spend) when purchasing by electronic payment.

During the promotional period, HKIA will collaborate with partners to provide shopping and dining offers. Travellers can get more details by scanning the QR code on promotional materials or by visiting the HKIA website.

Travellers spending HK$1,000 or more in a single transaction at HKIA can benefit from free local delivery service. This service to the Chinese Mainland (for clothing, bags and accessories only), Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam is also offered to travellers who spend HK$2,500 or more in a single transaction.
