HMSHost opens latest Chick-fil-A outlet at Charlotte Douglas International

USA. HMSHost has opened a Chick-fil-A restaurant at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

The new outlet is located in the Main Atrium food court area between security checkpoint B and Brookwood Farms BBQ and near 1897 Market.

HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Stephen Douglas said: “We are ecstatic to see that travellers in Charlotte have had such an enthusiastic response to the new Chick-fil-A in Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

“Travellers admire and seek out Chick-fil-A and we are proud to be partners with such a great brand in such a great airport.”

The new outlet has opened in time to mark Cow Appreciation Day, described as Chick-fil-A’s largest single-day customer appreciation event, on 11 July. Customers are encouraged to check for redeemable items. The opening will also help support the brand’s ‘Eat Mor Chikin’ campaign, which started more than 20 years ago.

HMSHost operates several Chick-fil-A restaurants in airports across North America.

“For many, the 1 June opening date couldn’t come fast enough. The popular fast food restaurant is the airport’s most requested concession and continues to be a big hit with customers. We’re happy to provide our 44 million passengers with yet another must-stop spot to grab a bite to eat when travelling through the airport.”
