Zakynthos Airport is the main airport of Zakynthos, a popular tourist destination in the Ionian Sea. It is located on the south-east side of the island and serves as a gateway to its many attractions and destinations. The airport has been in operation since 1938 and offers flights to many other European cities.

The airport is relatively small and consists of one runway, two taxiways, and three passenger terminals. The total length of the runway is 2,200 meters with an asphalt surface and it can accommodate both regional jets and larger commercial aircrafts. There are also two helipads which can be used for helicopter operations.
