UK. Electrical retailer Dixons Travel has opened a new store in the departure lounge at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The store will offer a range of products from technology brands such as Apple, Beats, Bose, Canon, Samsung, Microsoft, and Monster.
Dixons Travel is also offering passengers the option to browse its range of technology products online and reserve items for collection and payment when they travel through the airport.
Alternatively, when shopping in store travellers can have products delivered to their home address ready for their return.
The new store at Liverpool John Lennon is open from 4am to 8pm.
“This is a great addition to the growing retail offer we have at the airport for our passengers,” said Liverpool John Lennon Airport Commercial Director Lucy O’Shaughnessy.
“Great value products such as tablets, laptops, cameras and mobile phones have not previously been available for passengers flying from Liverpool and Dixons Travel has recognised this gap in the market to meet the needs of the growing numbers of passengers choosing to fly from Liverpool John Lennon.”
Dixons Retail Director of Operations, Development and Expansion Gavin Wood commented:
