GREECE. Athens International Airport is inviting bids for a contract to manage a 526sq m food & beverage outlet.
The space is located in the All Users Area (Level 3) of the Main Terminal Building. The airport said it envisages a self-service burger-orientated fast food restaurant.
This main offer should be supplemented by a selection of coffees and other beverages as well as snack and dessert options.
The successful bidder will also develop a preparation area, serving/sales counters and a main seating area. A small coffee corner with limited seating may be optionally developed, the airport said.
A 168sq m storage unit is located next to the main outlet.
The contract will run until the end of March 2023, with on option of a three-year extension.
