Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is an international airport located in Hennepin County, Minnesota and serves both the Twin Cities metropolitan area and the state of Minnesota as a whole. The airport is owned and operated by the Metropolitan Airports Commission, an independent public agency charged with managing the operation of six airports in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. MSP is the busiest airport in the Upper Midwest region, which includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. In 2019 it was the 18th busiest airport in the United States and 44th busiest worldwide by passenger traffic numbers.

The two primary terminals at MSP are Terminal 1 – Lindbergh and Terminal 2 – Humphrey. Terminal 1 serves most domestic flights while Terminal 2 houses all international arrivals as well as Delta Air Lines’ domestic regional flights & charter flights.
