Clark Aeroport (IATA: CRK, ICAO: RPLC), este un aeroport care deservește Angeles City zonă în Philippines. Clark Airport, located in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines is a major aviation hub and the gateway to Angeles City. It was constructed in 1988 and served as the primary airport of the United States Air Force in the country until 1991 when it was opened to public use. The airport has two runways, one measuring 4,200 by 75 meters (13,779 by 246 feet) and another 3,200 by 60 meters (10,499 by 196 feet).
The main terminal building at Clark Airport is equipped with a wide range of modern amenities designed to ensure passengers have a comfortable and stress free experience. Facilities include an international check-in counter for arriving and departing domestic and international services; passport control services; baggage reclaim area; Immigration office; cafe and snack bar; duty free shops; information booths; car rental services; ATMs; prayer rooms; showers; pharmacies and more. In addition there are executive lounges for business class travellers.
In terms of transport links, the airport provides shuttle bus services within Clark Freeport Zone as well as limousines to take passengers to Manila or other cities nearby. There are also taxi cabs waiting outside the airport that can take passengers anywhere they need to go. Furthermore, there are extensive transportation options available such as vans, buses, jeepneys and tricycles that operate between Clark Airport and various destinations around Central Luzon including Bataan, Tarlac and Bulacan.
Overall Clark Airport continues to be an important air gateway in Central Luzon region particularly due to its close proximity to Angeles City which is a popular tourist destination in Philippines with numerous attractions including casinos, entertainment complexes , shopping malls , restaurants , bars , clubs nightlife . The airport has been constantly expanding over recent years with more commercial flights added from different carriers offering direct connections domestically and internationally as well as several cargo flights operating daily.
