Quebec Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) is the 10th busiest airport in Canada, and the largest in Quebec City. Located on the south side of the city, it is a hub for Air Canada, Sunwing Airlines, Air Transat, and Pascan Aviation.
The airport began its operations as an auxiliary airfield in 1941 and was officially opened as a commercial international airport in 1959. It was named after Quebec Premier Jean Lesage who initiated the construction of the facility.
