Tokyo Haneda Airport Reviews

★★★★★
Excellent service arrived at airport by monorail, good lounge and japanese courtesy like always. You get off from monorail just short walk and you are direct inside the airport. Ana lounge is very big and comfortable. Cristian from Italy
- CRISTIAN ARMA

★★★☆☆
When arriving on Haneda International Terminal, we need to consider a 20 minutes shuttle to get to the Domestic Terminal. I arrived from France and I needed to get my luggage and re-check it in again.
- Eduardo MELLO CESAR

★★★★☆
Haneda Airport's duty free stores had extremely long queues which made buying them a race against time when you do not want to miss your flight. In addition, the airport also had adequate F and B choices but I would say that the airport seems small for current capacity.
- Michael Chiang

★★★★☆
This apt. is mainly domestic operation, but increasing int'l as well. Int'l terminal has expanded due to improve air traffic last year.It takes approx.30min.from central Tokyo, I recommend if you gonna to Narita apt., Keikyu-line is recommended.
- Hana Ogawa

★★★★☆
Loved the ambience of the 787, large windows, and touch free toilets. Was slightly disappointed with the noise levels within the aircraft cabin. As usual with JAL, the cabin service was efficient and friendly. Haneda Airport is much more convenient to reach than Narita Airport.
- Kane

★★★★★
Really pleasant airport with short queues for check-in, security and immigration. Easy access by monorail. Pleasant experience all round.
- YULtide

★★★★★
One of the five star rating airports in the world,Clean and Quiet. Friendly staffs and immigration officers, always smile on their face, really impressive! Observation deck is awesome too.
- 陳冠升

★★★★★
Free wi-fi and works fine. Security check fast and easy (no shoes off, 3 gates open even with less than 10 people waiting).
- Loris

★★★★★
Haneda is a great airport. Small, easy walk from plane to baggage, through immigration/customs, and to a cab. Great location to Tokyo, easy train into Tokyo Station, short distance compared to Narita. A better choice when flying to Tokyo.
- PTM

★★★★★
공항도 작아서 입출국심사하기에 너무 편리함 면세점에는 먹을것 천국 갓일본
