USA. Stellar Partners has opened a dual-branded store at Nashville International Airport that celebrates “artisans, craftspeople and talented makers” from Tennessee and the US.
True to Tennessee / Earth Spirit has been launched in partnership with Jamie Isabel, Sr. and Karen Anderson of Dalmatian Creative Agency and Sandra Long of SLA Worldwide, and is located near Gate C10.
True to Tennessee offers a range of local and regional made-in-Tennessee merchandise, including chocolates and sweet confections, savoury spices and rubs, souvenirs and gift apparel, and vintage-style illustrations and prints.
Earth Spirit celebrates craftspeople from across the US, and offers merchandise including authentic Native American jewellery, home décor, handbags, travel accessories and pottery.
“We could not be more excited with the opening of True to Tennessee / Earth Spirit,” said Stellar Vice President of Business Development Yasmin Sheriff. “[It] offers passengers exceptional and elevated shopping that is typically not found in travel retail.
“We look forward to bringing other exciting brands to Nashville International travellers over the course of 2020 as we work with our joint venture partners, Fraport and the airport to change the travel retail experience for the millions of passengers who fly through [the airport] annually.”
Stellar said it planned to open fashion store Patricia Nash and travel convenience shop District News this summer at Nashville International, while West End News and James Avery Artisan Jewelry are scheduled to open before autumn.
