Hendrick’s Gin brings festive joy to passengers with a delightfully unusual snow globe activation in London Heathrow Terminal 3

Hendrick’s Gin has launched a shimmering snow globe activation inside London Heathrow Terminal 3, situated on a prime ‘VIP’ site within the terminal. But typically of Hendrick’s – this is no ordinary snow globe!

In Situ until 7th January 2020, the activation instantly attracts passengers with the signature Hendrick’s bottle with animated characters and a flurry of snowflakes housed within the giant snow globe.

On hand to greet the curious passengers as they travel are Brand Ambassadors adorned with Hendrick’s aprons and festive bow ties where they will offer a free sample of Hendrick’s and Tonic or a ‘Gin Buck’ with ginger ale and fresh lime juice.

As ‘tis the season to give and to stir some festive joy, from the 1st December selected curious customers will be invited to turn the ‘Key to Curiosity’ underneath the globe to receive a special Hendrick’s cracker filled with either a Hendrick’s gin 5cl bottle, a cucumber pin badge or a, ‘Little Guide to Conjuring’ magic book.

In addition, to surprise and delight passengers, from 12th December for 11 days, one lucky traveller will get the chance to pull a special cracker containing a rare and desirable, stainless steel ‘penguin pourer’

The ultra-festive giant snow globe is complemented by the Terminal’s new digital media banners running the full length of the walkthrough store and featuring the rolling Hendrick’s message – ‘May your holidays be stirred with wonder’

We have received wonderful comments from store managers, staff and shoppers alike and we are very pleased to hear that it is regarded as one of the best activations ever in the space.
