It has four asphalt runways that moved 22 million passengers in 2020 and has three terminals that have many concourses. I am sure this is the worst airport in Europe. This time totally destroyed 2 luggage pieces (and they were quality sturdy hard things) - they came with holes in them, and the third piece was just scratched heavily. Food in lounge in 2F was only cold, at least there was overview over the apron, so this saved the otherwise terrible experience. More than 30 minutes to go through all the checks and controls. They promise to have free stroller for lend during the transit, but they were not there, even after direct asking. Why all these happened? Do they really want people fly through other airports?”

CDG still "welcomes" Schengen-zone arrivals with occasional passport control to "enter the Schenhen zone" (nice joke). This would not be a problem itself, but the number of customs agents is obviously not adjusted - be prepared for looong queues ramdomly.”

Immigration very slow, even for Sky Priority, one official dealing with Priority, bio-passport, disabled & airport workers, general line was much faster. Give yourself at least 2 hours for transit. AF lounge in terminal 2E, very good WiFi, and plenty food & drink available.”

What a shed of an airport. Flight would have been on time if we didn't land in a different postcode to the terminal (12 min taxy) Then even though everyone was in transit and therefore we're not entering the country we are made to go through passport control but of course there was just one person on (which from comments I heard in the queue was normal) so it took about thirty minutes to get through. No reason for this, everyone still airside and in secure area so no security value whatsoever. Then told wrong gate by airport staff while running to gate. AVOID AVOID AVOID”
