China Airlines (IATA: CI, ICAO: CAL) is a passenger airline from Taiwan.
China Airlines (CI) is the national flag carrier of Taiwan and the country’s largest airline. It was founded in 1959 and is a member of the SkyTeam alliance. Taoyuan Airport (TPE) and Kaohsiung Airport (KHH) are its hubs. China Airlines flies to about 100 destinations in Asia, Oceania, Europe and North America. It also has codeshare agreements with about 20 other carriers. The airline’s subsidiaries include low-cost carriers Mandarin Airlines (AE) and Tigerair Taiwan (IT). Its fleet consists of 62 Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
